I'll have Solaris Tires (race and practice) available for sale at the track Sat morning.

You can also purchase practice tires from ActivRC and TQ Hobbies.

Thanks,

EJ

What is the traction compound of choice for Roadrunner RC track with USGT tires?

Practice tires will be available Saturday through EJ Evans or Jeff Shaw from ActivRC to purchase. From here on out for the rest of the series, racing tires can be purchased at local hobby shop of the event or other sources. However Race tires must be purchased through EJ Evans for TC, Jeff Shaw for USGT and marked for tech. Hope this is clear.

The track will be open as early as 7am but it's better to have some sun come out before putting cars down on track to allow track spray to settle in properly.

Thanks Lex,

And don't forget this Sunday starts Daylight Savings time. Set clocks ahead 1 hour Saturday night as we "Spring forward". For those that show up late Sunday, we will know what you forgot to do.

Thinking about making the drive early tomorrow. Is pre registration a must? Plenty of tires available?

Great and Strong turn out this past weekend. Thanks to all that participated and witnessed some awesome racing.

Remember to sign up early for the "DeJa Vu" race on April 22-23 at Tamiya USA. You do not want to miss this event. The facility is world class and arguably the best layout in the Country.

If you have a hard time signing up, please email me directly and send payment to [email protected] as friends and family listing all the classes you would like to run.
The entries will fill up fast.

CTS 2 "DEJA VU" - RCSignup.com

The Tamiya Facilty will only supply a limited amount of power so please bring your own Tarp, Table, Chair, extension cord and portable generator.
