I'll help on here with any suggestions, and if it's wanted/excepted I'll stop in and introduce myself and lend a hand with the onroad stuff at the shop/track. I raced offroad briefly when I started, and have run onroad (95% carpet) ever since. What was posted previously is correct. VTA is supposed to a touring car class that is fun to run, everyone is equal, and is fairly cheap. Everyone runs almost the same electronics with whatever touring car chassis they want. Even chassis' from the early 2000's can still be competitive due to the weight restrictions.

We are considering off road if there is enough interest if we do off road cars will need to be spotless and will be checked before you would race its just not fair to the on road guys to have to deal with a scuzzed out surface I will post more info when avalible.
Excited to see this as I would love to get into touring cars. Is Railyard going to start stocking the touring cars soon?

Can't wait to hit the clay again, and check out the progress on the carpet track. Another place to run my 1/12 car is always a good thing

What's a good start for gearing on this track for an SC10RS that I put a 17.5T in?

And a good baseline suspension setup would also be awesome!
