Tri County Circuit
 

The Tri County Circuit is a series of six points races held between three Maryland tracks. Middle River Hobbies (mrh), John's Mobile Raceway( jmr) and Hobbytown of Frederick ( the C). Points will be keep from each race with only one throwout. There will be a awards race after the series is over.

Class will be: 17.5 blinky- Roar rules

17.5 1/12th scale- Roar rules, 735 grams, 3mm ride height

17.5 Short Course Truck- non boosted, Sct tires, and body

Mini Cooper- open body and tires, with traxxas stinger motor

F1- open to any 2wd f1 car, 21.5 or silver can

Gt Spec- any 4wd touring car, 6.8 fdr, realistic gt or sports car body, 1380grams, sweep 40's, traxxas stinger motor

Gb truck- any 4wd touring car, 6.8 fdr, truck body, 1380 grams, Hpi vta tires and traxxas stinger motor.

Any other classes are welcomed, must have 5 or more to make a class.
Class must run 4 or more race to be eligible for awards.

Cost per race: $15 for first class, $10 for a second or more

Doors will open at 10am and racing to start at one.

At each track house rules will apply for traction compound

Series Starts off on May 12th at JMR

June 9th at the C

July 14th at MRH

August 11th at the C

September 8th at JMR

October 13th at MRH

October 27th awards race at TBA

I'll be there tomorrow with my 2wd SCT. I'm also bringing my Micro SCT just in case anyone feels froggy.

Looking for a clarification or correction: ROAR rulebook currently states 1/12 minimum weight is 730 grams. Is 735g considered a special weight for this series?

we will be putting a roll call up this weekend i need to get a head count for my race I will be cooking hamburgers and hot dogs. When you enter a car you will get a ticket good for a free hamburger or hot dog for each one you enter.
