Sounds like 11:00am is the magic number that people are going to start showing up. Today we got the flappers built and installed, mowed the grass, gave the grapes a hair cut, and watched Jon run his XRAY around. Tomorrow we need to get the tables moved back into formation then get the track cleaned up and prep it.

Lon II, did anything shinny show up?

After Lon sprayed the track the 1/10th and 1/8th cars looked pretty good going around.

FYI, just so everyone knows the current track layout does not use the sweeper and does have the long scary cross town. A little puckering never hurt anyone.

After talking with Russ from Lazer Speedway yesterday he has agree'd to run a electric program on saturdays for us. I'm sure he will be posting here with updates soon.

I started a new thread for Sat. Electric racing discussion & details, here and also on the two other local forums.

Thanks to the Eighth Scale racers for giving us the chance to have electric again this year.
