Here it is...The last outdoor race of the season at Wagner Park! We had a great season, and we are topping it off with the return of PIMPFEST!

This will be a great opportunity to use up all your outdoor stuff before ya head indoors this winter....

Plans are to make this a two day event with 17.5 and 13.5 sedans racing on Saturday and Vintage, Nitro Vintage, and F1 racing on Sunday.

NOTE: Please check the thread to see if this will be a single day event on SUNDAY only....

Other classes could be added as long as there is enough interest on this thread, so post up....

You know it wouldn't be Pimpfest without the Pimpchicks and the "Best Pimp Hat Contest", so start getting your gear ready for "Da Pics wit Da Chicks"

Not a problem Ray anything to help the sport locally. Also I have put the same information at www.downtoearthrc.com and created the dates on the local events calendar that I have setup as well. I will keep the post updated with any news and information you post here as well as setup a link directly to this thread for the most up to date news.

To anyone planning to race F1....

I know there is some differing opinions on what the local class specs should be, so I just wanted to add my spin for this race only....

You know me, First, let's just bring them out and have some fun! Second, how does this sound....

Let's run both silvercans and 21.5 brushless together, but score foam tires and rubber tires separately??? We can have a foam tire champ, and a rubber tire champ....

I think this will be a little more fair until a better fix can be found.

To anyone planning to race 13.5 sedan....

I left the tires "open" in case there are some foamies who might want to come, but I will leave the final tire selection to those who actually attend.

This is going to be HOT! Can't wait, just need to pick a class.

I'm taking suggestions: which class should I run?

All the classes will be quite tasty, but VTA has your name all over it.... LOL

Also as a FYI, we are running our last series race this Sunday, the 18th, if anyone wants to get some track time in before Pimpfest.....

Track will be ready for practice around 10am, and first heat around 1pm.

Looking at the long term forecast, it looks all kinda rainy up until Thursday, with three balls of sunshine for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday....
