I'm stoked to get my rc10 graphite and my good old Blackfoot in action! Anybody have some tips or suggestions for the rc10? It's the same as the goldpan chassis I do believe..... (Freddie?)

Hey Mike,

If it's a Goldpan, short arm, six gear, RC10 I'd suggest you build it stock and run it in Classics class along with the Frogs, Hornets, Etc....

If it has a stealth tranny on it, then try to find the longer front arms, and put in a set of CVDs, those are still great cars, go to and Join RC10Talk, they have tons and tons of info on all the RC10s and lots of other Vintage cars...

if it's a stealth and you have the budget, build it like this:

vintage black rc10 tub w/ rc10t nose plate
rc10gt blue nose tubes
rc10t graphite shock towers
sc10 blue shocks
rc10gt wide front axles
b4 top shaft and slipper
rpm rc10gt spindles
rpm rc10t front bumper
stock rc10 white c hubs
klein a-arms front and rear
rpm rc10gt rear hubs
ae ft blue alloy screw kit
b44 rear cvd's
custom works .125" rear wheel spacers
b4 wing mounts
ae vintage viper body
vintage protech batt strap
ae graphite trans brace
ae ft blue ti turnbuckles w/ white rpm ball cups

rc10talk is awesome.

tom, you want 2.0's to race on or just for the shelf?

if i were you i'd get some 2.2's on there for the track, but if you are dead set on 2.0's check with the guys @ rc10 talk.

there's a 25 post minimum to get access to the trade section.
