We run foam tires most of the time I'm sure there there will be races using rubber tires this was talked about last season to invited other racer that normally run only rubber tires to our track.

Is there covered pit space or do we need to bring a canopy?

There is a pavilion there but space is based on first come first served. Many bring a canopy just in case.

There's a row of pavilions on top of the hill to use too but you won't be close enough to be a part of the laughing, joking, and general trash talk that goes on trackside. All pavilions have electric also. The stand is halfway there. OMG the view... 3 ft taller and 4ft longer than the previous stand.

I'll make a pitstop there on Weds when the weather will be halfway decent. Hopefully we can get the rest of it done minus steps and ramp. I'll snap a few shots while I'm there.

How about the track? Is repaving underway or being considered this year?

I'm by no means the official word but I THINK the repaving is going to be held off till later in the season or next year. So they were going to reseal, extend, and repaint the track but the weather isn't exactly cooperating. There will definately be a bigger better stand in place but the track will be left the same as last season. Now don't quote me on all this but I think that's the way it's going down.
