We can run whatever classes we decide to run. I do think that we should start following the rules associated with the class though. Prospective classes for the carpet:

21.5 boosted
17.5 boosted
Mod TC
WGT (should be 13.5 / 1s)
1/12 stock
1/12 mod
VTA (per the class rules)

I know that I don't run all these classes and I don't want to seem like I'm dictating what others run. There are several people from outside the area that have discussed coming to run with us and I think that they should know what to expect without having to adapt to some crazy rules or local changes.

I agree with tony. the problem is who is going to enforce the rules? or are we going to be on the honor system?

Okay, wait a minute.

If myself and one guy and another guy want to run TC 7.5, can we? What if someone else wants to run but, I don't want to?

Yes a Plasma cutter will cut them quick but they don't always leave an unruffled edge, will be some sanding involved. A reciprocating saw will take a little longer, but will take less to clean up the edges afterwards. Just a thought.
