Ill be down this sunday to race as well. 17.5 TC and nitro.

I'm moving to Louisville in a few days (almost by Cinci and Lexington there for a minute, but Louisville is the place).

So is onroad only on Sundays? That may be a problem for me. I do have a TC5 electric and a Mugen 1/10 nitro.

As for offroad, is it mainly on Saturdays?

Any weekday practice or racing?

Smith90 06-28-2010 01:38 PM

On road racing is only on Sundays, but we will at times have an on road practice day on a Saturday. Off road is by far the more popular of the two and trying to run them both on Saturdays just creates a conflict of interest.

The off road track is open Sunday through Friday for practice weather permitting and holds racing every Saturday.

If you want to check out the specific on road race dates check out sriraceway.com

hope to see you soon

Things are going really well with the off road track so far this year. We are getting good turnouts each weekend and everybody seems to have an enjoyable time. I encourage everybody to come spend a Saturday with us on the off road track at some point during the summer.

Im thinking about buying a SC truck to race with. I hear the stock class doesnt have too many people in it. Has the track been redesigned? I went up there and talked to Luke and it looked like he was removing and adding some jumps.

Smith90 07-06-2010 07:51 PM

This is Luke. The stock class has actually been the largest that we have had averaging 8 to 12 per weekend. You could race that or come out and try the buggy class with your mbx.

jrherald420 07-06-2010 07:55 PM

LOL Thats funny, the little short guy that calls me "Ebay guy" said you were'nt on here!! If you havent guessed im the guy that always comes to you with the problems. I dont think the MBX is ready for that yet.

We are going to do work to the track to help protect it from the rain that appears to be on its way Friday. Racing for Saturday should be good to go!!

On-Road Sunday July 18th

Are we racing on-road this sunday?

Smith90 07-15-2010 06:06 PM

Yes, on road this Sunday. It should be a good turnout. I had a guy from the Indy area email me who has not raced with us before who said he would be there along with two other people. see everyone then

Ultraspeed84 07-16-2010 12:11 PM

sounds good to me.. do u guys have any .12 onroad motors in the shop?

jeff whiting 07-16-2010 12:18 PM

It looks like some good (HOT) fun Sunday. Loran and I will be running 200mm Nitro Touring Car and Foster will be running 17.5 EP. At least one more guy running 200mm Nitro will be coming with us too. Should be a good turnout. Now if I can just figure out how to keep Loran behind me for the whole main:sneaky::lol:
