This will be our third year showcasing R/C racing in front of THOUSANDS of spectators at New Jersey Motorsport Park in Millville N.J.

This event is a fundraiser, and to also raise awareness for our Wounded Warriors and Veterans.

For those who have already participated in previous years, you know how much fun it is to race in front of so many appreciative full scale car enthusiasts!

Saturday the 22nd, will be a free open practice, with some actual practice races set up for the spectators.

Sunday the 23rd, will be the actual race day....

Gates open at 7am both days, with practice starting at 9am. Racing starts at 11am....

The featured classes are:

Electric Vintage- As per current USVTA specs, open esc (no timing/boost)

Nitro Vintage- Any engine/chassis, HPI Vintage wheels/treaded tires, and a vintage body.

RCGT- As per RCGT USA specs, 17.5, open esc, HPI X-Pattern tires.

Mini Chassis- 2WD (TCS specs) and 4WD (17.5)

F-1 Silver Can, open tires, but rubber preferred.

WGT- 1c/10.5


Other fun classes may be added, like Powder Puff and Short Course Trucks, so stay tuned....:)

Entry will again INCLUDE your donation to the Veterans Fund as well as ADMISSION to New Jersey Motorsport Park (two people per car)

$25 for the first, $10 for additional classes!!!!

This looks like a great event. What kind of turnout did you have in previous years?

Thinking about running RCGT and F1.

We usually get about 40-ish entries which is perfect to get a lot of runtime, as well as put on a show for the crowds. Of course, the more the Murray'er....:cool:

No doubt about it - this IS a great event. Turnout was pretty strong last year, and that's without any "standard" touring classes. With the F1s and Minis (TCS and otherwise) gaining popularity as of late, I see the turnout being better this time around.

I'm in for WGT.

Can't wait for this event....have it marked on the calendar and will hopefully be the debut for me in Nitro Vintage and F1...

Well you have to come to Jersey now. LOL.... This is a awesome time. You don't need to run a lot of classes there's plenty to do if your not wrenching between races.
