Carissa- couple questions:
* Will there be a silver can motor limit for the TCS event on August 9th? Before we start filling orders for motors for that event we want to make sure they will be legal.
Please note that RPM limits- if any- are totally at the discretion of the Race Director (that's you guys), and this year have ranged from 13.5K at five volts to no limit at all. Everyone in the silver can classes will be much happier if they know well in advance if there will be an RPM limit. And if there is a limit, you guys will have to be prepared to tech the motors, which can get kinda complex. Personal opinion: at the end of the day, it makes no difference. The fast guys/good drivers will wind up on top regardless.
* Could you give us out of town folks some specific info on the track on which the TCS event will be held? Indoor or outdoor? Carpet or asphalt? Dedicated track or parking lot? It will make it easier to pack stuff if we know more about the track.
Thanks a lot- we're looking forward to seeing everyone in August!

Not sure on the motor limit. I think you can check the rules at tamiya's website. I can probably get back to you on that.
The TCS race I'm almost sure it will be at the new place. As far as inside or outside, I'm not sure yet. It will either be on carpet or possibly concrete.
We are working on getting the dirt track running this week to keep business moving. I will post here if everything is 100% a go for this sunday. We are still planning on running but as you know things can pop up unexpectedly.
No pics yet. I believe construction is starting on the interior of the building next week.
Sorry to not have many answers but I'll post more as I find out the correct info.

Before I ordered my Red Dots earlier this year I asked Chris about motor limits and he said there were none. It wouldn't hurt to double check though.
