Ralph, do you have rules for the IGT class?

We will use the Midwest Series Rules:

1/8 GT Class Rules

Any 1/8 buggy based on-road car. (Kyosho Inferno GT, OFNA GTP, etc.)
Rubber tires
Sport .28 or smaller, buggy/truggy engine. Including; Axial .28, Force .28, Kyosho .28, Infinity .28, Mach .26. All these engines are inexpensive and readily available.

Sports car or touring car bodies. If you have an engine in mind, that is not listed here, you must clear it with me before running.

**end of Midwest Series Rules***

I know that they're vague but we haven't seen many racers for this class in the past so it's a "run what you brung" at this point. I will form an IGT committee from the racers interested in this class to fine tune the rules for our club. If anyone is interested in being part of this committee please let me know. The requirement to be part of this decision-making group is that you MUST show up and RACE this class regularly.

Bump for the NERCAR race at the fantastic facility at Controlfreakz on May 17th.

Remember that we require ROAR membership, so have your cards with you. Absolutely no exceptions.

NERCAR (and I believe Controlfreakz as well) will require INS boxes and EFRA legal pipes for 1/8th scale this season.

This requirement is neccessary to reduce the noise levels so we don't have issues with the surrounding neighbors. I'm sure you will agree that this is a great facility and one that should not, and will not, not be put at risk.

NERCAR would like to express our gratitute to everyone for making the trip to Controlfreakz yesterday. Sorry about the rain and the shortened day. We'll have the results up as soon as possible.

The next 2 races will be held on June 14th and the 28th followed by the Regionals weekend on July 11th and 12th.

Don't forget your INS boxes for 1/8 Open.

Regards,
Ralph

Default Labor Day

Please check the Controlfreakz website https://controlfreakz.com for information on the next race scheduled on September 6th (Labor Day weekend).

Based on feedback from last weekend NERCAR will not be holding this event but Controlfreakz may keep this date on their schedule. Again, check https://controlfreakz.com for more updates.
