NITRO TRANS AM @ 301 RACEWAY

301 RACEWAY IS PROUD TO INTRODUCE
1/10 SCALE NITRO TRANS AM RACING
THE RULES
1. ANY 4WD NITRO CHASSIS
2. HPI VINTAGE TA BODIES ONLY. (other company bodies will be added shortly)
3.HPI VINTAGE WHEELS AND TIRES ONLY (any tire insert may be used)
4. NON MODIFIED OS .12TG BOX STOCK ENGINES ONLY.
the OS .12TG is the only legal motor for the TRANS AM point series.
MORE RULES TO BE ANNOUNCED
ENTRY FEE FOR TRANS AM IS ONLY $15.00

If you don't have the SPEC OS .12TG engine at this time come run what you brung its OK. If you are in the market for a motor holla at CWITS hobbies for the hook up.

I wondered how long it would be! Nitro Trans Am....awesome!!

I just checked HPI's RTR with the Trans-AM bodies

And they come with Engine: Nitro Star G3.0 3.0cc (.18 cu in) 2.2hp

Which is over the .12 rules.....

Todd, I'd rather see every one try and stay with in the rules if possible, makes it easier in the long run.

I just ordered my engine. I'm new to nitro - what pipe should i pick up for this engine?

well it looks like there will be a lot of classes runing at the 301 this years trans am ( i am spenting $100.00 a sunday on entry fee) i know its my choice. and i love it.......trans am nitro here i come.

Wow. That old chassis I have laying around could see some like. Or worse, I could pull the 4Tec my wife got me out for this (and don't laugh too hard...)
