Is this correct?

Thank you! =)
correct

I guess I need to redo the electronics layout in my F104 . . . . My ESC has been sitting behind the shorty lipo for years.
I've put the D11 side pieces back on my F104 Pro and mounted the electronics on them. Now my square shorty pack won't fit in there, because it's designed for a round pack. I've got it slanted to one side and taped in place for now. It's a really tight fit to mount the body now, but it's all together. Anybody else having trouble with this?

I ended up using an smc low profile shorty pack to get it to fit and used battery foam to take up the rest of the space.

What you stated is correct. However...... at the 2018 TCS race at TQ RC Racing (indoor track with black CRC carpet), it was decided by TCS staff to allow gluing onto the top "treaded" section otherwise the Euro trucks would traction roll everywhere. If the TCS race you plan to run is indoor black carpet, I would suggest you contact the track to see what will be allowed.

Is there a Tamiya car with an available aluminum chassis that is good for black carpet and available to buy right now?

What are people running in GT1?

Reedy rep said they will be in house 2/21...although likely most will go to the two host sites racing that weekend.

I'd love to hear this from a TCS rep, so we can have consistent rules... I don't wanna be experimenting with setups the day of the race.

I don’t think they should allow it onto the tread. Horizontal surface only. I can tell you first hand it is not necessary on black carpet...it just takes the right lines and setup. (Yes I know not much can be changed)...not trying to start anything but it absolutely can be done without glueing the tread.

I've raced for almost 30 years on and off and I've never had a Tamiya. I guess it may be 30 more years cause I'm not spending that on a car.

Ok for euro truck what is the legal battery for this class. Is it only the reedy or peak or is it any round pack that is legal. Only asking cause I only see the reedy pack and peak pack being run and I already have a turnigy pack that is pretty much the same specs.
