Steve, the problem with the Integy is that the voltage is set with a dial or knob. It's hard to set consistently. Remember, in the stock 540J rpm range a tenth of a volt translates to c. 250 -300 rpms. Dials and knobs went out with the tube radios.
Doc, the reason some of the guys are having trouble with the 19k figure is that there were more than a few "duds" in the batch they sold at the Nats. The motor I had for my Main tested at 15.6k as raced and leapt to 15.9k after cleaning. I drew 2 other motors that were not much better than this one. Also had one that was dramatically better.

If you are worried about specific dyno's and their variances, the weekend of the event, check a few motors on the FMW dyno. Then you will know where you stand compared to your own dyno. I did that each event ever since RPM became a factor. Don't say Santa A-ko never gave you anything for Christmas!

Just my thoughts on this***
I do not speak for Fred, Tamiya or any other organization, but after Iooking up the spedo specifications I see the LRP SPX Zero ESC has 6 power settings. I beIieve Tamiya foIIowed the Iead of USVTA and specified ESC's where no programing of power setttins is possibIe. This makes tech aIot easier as onIy the modeI of ESC needs to be identified and no interpritation of "bIinking Iights" is requied.

Sucks cause GTBs are discontinued and GTB2 is not shipping. One of the LRPs are also discontinued, and the SP is sensorless.

The description I have read makes it seem like you are correct Marty. However, if someone from LRP can confirm that the profiles are only "throttle curve" and not timing, it would be a good addition.
That being said, The Havok and Cirtix escs are available and at a good price.

Tamiya Racing facility!
To everyone concerned,
We plan on opening the track tomorrow at 10:00a.m. no earlier!
So, just letting the word out, the weather should be cool but sunny!
I haven't seen the track yet so it might take a while to clean up because of the rain, before we can run!
See you there!
Merrry Chrismas Eve to all and to all a good night!
