Just like me, after I've had Beer and a bowl of Chill.

I'm "in" for Fremont. I'd wish the Tamy had posted the registration sooner. It would have been nice to have gotten the `05 TCS this weekend.

We here in canada have to run the black can motor for GT2 does anyone feel with the limited power that the shaft drive tb02 maybe a better choice? or will the belt car still be able to work as well?

This was my first Tamiya car I bought for myself! Was that 4 years ago? Seems like only yesterday!
The car can still perform. Best tub chassis Tamiya makes.
Hope I don't upset anybody with that comment!
The chassis is still the defending champion of GT2! Right eeyan?

Also any motor tuning tips for the silver can ?
Oil shocks, tuned spring set, Type A 60D slicks, bearings, ESC, aluminum knuckles, 2 rear uprights.

Silvercan tuning? Water dip, and keep your bushings lubed.

Kev booked the hotel room for us today!

Possible chance of rain on Saturday, but I'm hoping (and praying) it will be a dry weekend.

Anyone have a blank set-up sheet for the EvoIII Surikarn?? All I can find is the blank standard EvoIII - which doesn't have the "update" shock towers on them

Here's the setup that I used a couple of years ago. It worked very well It's not blank, but it's a start.

The Weather Channel is showing a 10% chance of rain on Saturday right now. I'm since hoping and praying for a dry weekend up there.

Also, the AAA guy says that it's gonna run about 370 miles from San Dimas. I can make it up there on one tankfull of gas (but not much farther). What's the range on your Mitsu?

210 all the way up to the 5. 5 to the 152 (at Hollister). 152 to the 101 (at Gilroy). 101 to the 880 (at San Jose). 880 up to Fremont.

I would not mind finding a nice place for breakfast too. Kev doesn't have much of an appetite in the morning, but I love to "fuel up" for the rest of the day. I'm not to crazy about trackside food, not with the problems that I can encounter with my "semi-colon" (I can't believe you wimps don't want to see my scar).

So far, it sounds like just six of us are going. I wonder if anyone elso will get a wild hair at the last minute and drive up there for the race?

Per Eeyan's request...early predictions for TCS Nats....

F1- Steve Hickman
GT1- Sounds like Randy has an inside line, but Mike Lack and Marty Hageman are both running strong as of late.
GT2- Tough call till the motor rules are announced...Keep an eye on Kevin M from Washington and some schmuck from Wisconsin
Mini- Craig Richter
