Yeah I was watching the action via Gary's live feed.
Did not see the mini mains, but to think that Swifty of all people drops off the radar for a couple of weeks, and then shows up and takes home all the marbles, just awesome.
So I need to know what Gentlemens club he was "training " at leading up to the race
Might have to pay it a visit if I make it out next year
Congrats to all the winners trip or not

Default mini brawl Sept 11, 2010

If any one has a mini chassis and plan on running in the up-coming race on sept. 11 please go here ( MINI BRAWL FOR IT ALL (Sept 11, 2010)) and post your name and class or pm me so we can get a good head count. So far we have about 26 4wd and 9 2wd's.

Oh yeh!
Way to go guys!

F1 was the only class that had to go to a tie breaker!

It went like this:

3 different racers each won an F1 A Main!

A Main #1 went to me (Qualified 2nd)

A Main #2 went to Steve Hickman (Qualified 3rd)

A Main #3 went to Danny Hua (T.Q.)

Final Results for F1:

1st Place- Danny Hua - Finished 3rd, 2nd, 1st (tied but had quicker 1st
place finish by 4 sec. after his 8 minute main)

2nd Place- Me - Finished 1st, 3rd, 2nd (tied - lost by tiebreaker)

3rd Place- Steve Hickman - Finished 4th, 1st, 3rd

F1 winner wasn't revealed til trophy presentations!

What an awesome weekend, congratulations to everyone, and to the winners, have fun in JAPAN!

Isn't the guy who won GT3 a sponsored Gas driver for Serpent?

Another fun time at the Nats. Thanks to the TamiyaUSA crew for a smooth run event!

Congrats to the winners too. You guys put on a really good show for us to enjoy, and we saw some of the closest racing I can recall. Christian showed patience that I didn't think a 15 year old would possess. Wow! F1 was F'in amazing! We were pulling for your Craig, but those 4 seconds made the difference. And Brandon.........DIALED! Guess this was your year. Be careful over there!

It was great seeing all of my TCS friends and meeting some new ones along the way. That's what keeps me packing my stuff and flying across the country in August.

Have a great off-season everyone!

some people that races Regional TCS or TCS Nationals are sponsored or have partly sponsored. The TCS rule states that any drivers that are sponsored or have any help/affiliate to rc company are not allowed to compete in the race. Sorry, but they need to be more strict on the rules.

tony q - That's sad to hear. It really makes it hard for the average Tamiya fan to compete. It's discouraging.

He is NOT and never a sponsored driver for SERPENT! He is a FAMILY friend and I gave them deals for all their RC needs and it just happened that I gave him a Serpent gas car to drive.
