Now that you have the rules what races are you going to?

I wanted to thank you for some setup help on my 415. It made sense and got to test it over the holidays. I was impressed and it was much easier to drive, which is amazing since you don't have a 415 yet. Although it makes me wonder how fast you have gotten your Evo in the past few months.

Give me a call or drop me a line when you can. It has been great talking to ya.
Who Me? ? ?

Well looks like I will be doing a Mini Nats (4 heats & triple A-mains) at Trackside to celebrate their 10th years doing TCS. Are you coming?

I am glad the setup worked well. I am glad I could sucker... I mean offer you good advise on a carpet setup. (Insert Paypal Icon Here) Just remember if we are in the same heat, it does not work well...

We will have to play some phone tag over the weekend if you are around.

Jeff

Randy, from what I heard the shop moved to a new location. I'm not entirely sure of it though. If it is at the same locatio from last year, the track is set up behind the hobby shop in the back parking lot. The surface is asphalt, rutted, on a slight slant with lots of oil stains from the cars. Traction was difficult but can be achieved, however with Tamiya tires, the challenge will be 10 fold. They used Road Rails for barriers so be prepared for a changing track.
Sounds dialed!!! I hope they did move, but I am usually pretty good on the slick surfaces from racing off-road. I'm gonna plan on making that race, even if the track is as hurting as you described.

If they were wearing schoolgirl outfits, you would have to pry me away from them.

Try reading through the 'Tamiya TB-Evolution III' forum on this website. You will have to read through many pages but there are a lot of set up information there

Default Newark race!

So do we need to have our own power? Where the heck is Newark?
This may be an option to go if traveling arrangements are made. Hotel , a generator if necessary, etc., etc.

newark is a tiny tiny little town by Fremont, and Milpitas. if you dont know where that is. its just north about 15-20mins of San Jose.

this is about 50 mins north of the Gilroy carpet track.
