Great job Jeff!

FYI - I have compiled a list of race winners, podium finishes and TQs from what is posted on Tamiya's web site. I was curious this past year after Doc mentioned attending his 60th regional race. I will send a snap shot of the top 25-30 racers over TCS history. Just waiting for the results from Memphis before posting.

Erik
I'm sure I didn't make the cut!

Were you in the top 25 Erik?

You will have to see - I will post once Memphis results are listed.

Unfortunately, Tamiya doesn't have results prior to mid 2001 posted so I was unable to include much of those results. I was also hoping to have an indication of races/classes attended, but again that is also not available for all races and racers.

I have been working on this since April's TCS race as a pet project. I thought it might be cool to have a hall of fame that includes more than just past champions as there are a lot of racers that have been racing TCS for many years, but don't nessicarly attend the Nats or have that home track advanage to get the win (I was lucky enough to make it to CA that one time and do well).

I can run a search for any racer, but I did searches for names that I noticed appeared multiple times or people I have raced with over the years. I will applogize in advance if I missed someone.

Hopefully Tamiya will release the result soon and I will post my compiled results.

The carpet track will have a couple feet of dirt on it in the near future.

I'm sure you put a lot of effort into this, But it doesn't seem that long ago that I remember seeing it back as far as a nats with MR. Medel's name on it.

Do you want me to do some research and see if I can get any info prior to 2001?

Tim,
Would you mind if Bruce and I and Mr. Hinkley plug into your generator?
I am sure we could buy you lunch or assist with the fuel to run the generator?
Thanks,
Steve

Yaah, please do. I was just compiling regional races as there is typically more detail for the nats and that info was more readily available. I know there were a lot of guys that started TCS way before I did and it would be great to show those results as well.

Sorry to hear about trackside's on-road track. I loved going there and hanging out with Marty, Matt, Dave, Lee and everyone else over the years. The yearly trek was considered the closest thing to a home TCS race. I don't race off-road (at least I haven't since 1996) so it might be a while before I can return.
