The F104 class is technically a rubber tire class. The earlier TCS events this year occurred prior to the release of the "option" tire set (providing the option to NOT spin out), so the TCS race #151 in Frederick, MD allowed the F104 class to run foam tires because the F60 kit tires would not hook up on their track. Naturally, all the F104s raced together because Mike Gee was terrorizing the field with his borrowed F103.

Seriously though, those do look pretty good, and would be the best thing to run for the "Night Mains"

Tom - you can use my black box and PC to adjust that new fancy speedo. Just ignore the "Warning - Area 51" stickers on the lap top.

Kevin--that is too friggin' sweet, crazy color and all. Thanks for the offer, I may take you up on it.

That was awesome ! I do have a few more of those schemes sitting on my shelf. Susie Stoddarts car was eye catching and I just happen to have some TV Spielfilm decals so....... Too bad she is always in the back battling with Kathryn Legge. Even Ralf Schumacher is faster than her.

But Dave, I thought you said you wanted bright Pink ? (ha, ha).

Cool latest greatest.........

I saw pictures of the FF03 and there seems to be a trend on bringing back old designs with new tech improvements. Comparison....Ford-mustang, chevy-Camaro, Dodge-Challenger, Tamiya-TA03

Chris, are you and Oliver coming to the track Saturday? Should be interesting

They ran two classes for the offroad and and another for Tamtech. I think Dave Jun ran that class one year.

I too would like to see a spec motor/ Esc. for GT-2, especially when there are systems out there that are comparable to Tekin and at half the price.
I believe Fred said it's not the technology advancing esc's that the problem It's the SPEED?

i totally agree with that.. and with speed comes more tire wear.. and with more tire wear come the need to buy more tires for a single event.. GT2 used to require minimal sets of tire.

as well as not everyone can handle this type pf speed..

lets bring GT2 back to where it was..

(not esc related).... but you what i noticed about the new track surface.... wear isnt as bad. in fact... ive put on about 20 runs on my B3s. there's still dropoff (granted).. but the old surface was MORE brutal on tires.
