We were able to get in a couple of hours of running. Took a little work to get the track dry. The die hards were there, but the unsanforized were not.

For next week's race at TCS at The Coliseum in Maryland the F104's guys want to run on foam as the rubber isn't working. But not with the F103 guys. Opinions on that?

Did anyone run F104 rubber in Omaha?

I tried my rubber car but the tires were good for about 1 lap until they picked up the fuzz off the track and lost all traction. My car was fine at my home track, but there was a visible groove there. Omaha had a bit of fuzz and not as much traction.

Thanks for a fun day Fred..

That was the funnest race I have ever participated in the dark. What a challenge and trying to race from Memory.

Running back to back GT-2 then GT-1 A mains in the dark was a big challenge, especially for my poor eyesight and the speeds we were running. There were parts on the track I literally could not see my car due to dark spots or glare from the car lights. Kudo's to all the competitiors for running very clean in both races.

Fred, Gary, George, Roger and Laurel, thank you for your time and effort to get this race off. What all you do for us to have this series is greatly appreciated by the competitiors.

Maybe LEDs should be a requirement next time?

They looked really cool in Omaha!
