I suppose it's my turn to finish the track up with the new start finish line.
FM, let me know if you need any help.

1. GT-3 and F-1 drivers are allowed to take their motors back into the pits.
2. Hard wiring is permitted.

Can someone please clarify? Thanks!
so.....do we have to use the Tamiya bullet plugs or...?

Tom,
Those pictures came out real dark, it just doesn't do the track justice. Any way to brighten them up a little

I bet Sally has some decent pictures. I usually see her with a nice camera in hand. Would be nice to get a raw shot or two in a lossyless format.

Hello everyone.

For those of you coming to the Nationals I wanted to clear up one thing in regards to pre-purchasing your spec items. I know the method of payment says Pay Pal, but we are aware some of you donít have Pay Pal accounts. Just add your items to the cart and once you finally check out, you will notice you can use your regular credit cards. The only difference is youíre now doing it through Pay Pal. So, donít worry, regular cards may be used.

Mini Racers!

Once again we are going to mix it up for the Nationals.

Last year you were able to buy two motors for the Finals and we had you install and take them out in TECH. That worked out great. This year, as you already know, we are doing the same thing except with a twist. Every round you will swap motors. You will qualify and race a different motor every round. In round one ďracer XĒ may have motor number 85, but in round two he or she will have motor number 17 and so on and so forth. This way no one can claim I got a bunk or magic motor. This is also why you will notice only one motor per racer in the TCS online store. You only need to buy the one motor.

I hope this clears things up.

I have to confess that my dumb little Panasonic 7.2mp camera doesn't offer too much adjustability, and I'm not sure how to lighten the finished pic up any more. I don't know how to blow them up further either (sorry, OSherman). Maybe Photoshop? I had to darken down some of the angles I shot because the sunlight shone off the painted islands so brightly that they washed out the image otherwise. BTW, Mark Hinckley, Don Passehl, Dave Bird and I went over this morn and put a second coat on the islands, so by Saturday they should gleam like FMW's teeth.
Besides, I had to hide the faces in the "painters" picture; the Witness Protection Program insisted I not completely reveal their identities.
