Nice shot! Sometimes I forget how high someone can launch over the islands. I don't think I recall anybody bending or breaking off an A-arm this weekend, either. Or snapping a rear axle. Or a steering block. The F103 is a durable little bugger. Hope the F104 holds up as well.

Hey Goingfast,
Good to see you on here.
Lightfoot posted a couple pix (thanks LF)of your old car and me with it on here!
That's my finger saucin the SPF 45 on your old ride!
And that's me "The Longhair" talkin to "The Kid" with redhair, Michael Monaghan. (Be lookin for him real soon).
Your car did me proud this weekend.
Started out lost, crashed out of the only practice on Sat. and gagged in the first quali.
Got more tips sorted and ran strong in quali 2, moved up a lot.
Quali 3 on Sun. won my heat, got 18 laps and also posted several 16 sec laps.
Qd 3rd in the B, got an inside line at the start and ran in 2nd, only 1-2 seconds behind the leader for the whole 5 minutes!
Finished 2 seconds behind! Had a shot at bumpin into the A!!!!!!!

Pretty stoked for only havin this car since Thursday!

Thanks again for the killer deal on the car, parts and tips.

Regards,
1 jazzed F N CUDA!

Craig! Nice shot of Igor doin the Bubba scrub/whip.

They usually don't. I've seen the best bodies not win time after time.

The cars on the banner were just Mini, F1 and Spec Concourse. Mark Hinkley won mini for his 'Windows Vista" crashing. Tom Kale won F1 and had some very nice detail added to the basic body. Do not know the kid or dad with the Green Ferrari that one Spec. The black / Gold NSX pictured won GT-1, GT-2 was the Yellow / black / white New-Man Porsche 911 and Nestor won GT-3 with the black / carbon / green Siemens Audi A4 pictured.

Chris and Mickey will be banned from future concourse comments for getting the Renown Mazda Miata booted out.

Great weekend except problems with my roomates exwfie stealing a buch of stuff from our house friday night wich I got about 1 hour of sleep and I did horrible i think i got fifth or sixth congrats to the top three in mini. I had problems getting my car to work all weekend. The MO5 is bad ass the 8 min main was cool and an in all it was a good weekend. The motor rule was great and the biggest news is that the track will be getting 2 coats of sluury seal before NATS

Default Fun Day!

Thanks to Fred and the whole Tamiya crew for throwing on such a great event! The TCS race is always one of the funnest and well organized race of the year. My GF even had a great time hanging out with all the racers. She said it had a different feel. Everyone was having a good time and didn't look so stressed out. Good job to Timmy and Lee and the rest of the winners for their outstanding driving. See everyone at the Nats...

Just wanted to post a quick thank you to all of the racers who attended the event. It went very smoothly, and the 8 min mains were a lot of fun to watch. We'll see you all at the Nationals!
