What would you guys think of if someone setup and indoor asphalt track that used the exact Tamiya track layout with all the curbs? Would you change anything about the track?

the curbs are very friendly.. but in looking at the curbs (and speaking with a norcal track owner who has them), they are a pain to maintain. they show cracks where the curbs meet the asphalt.

the layout(s) is quite limited at tamiya to be honest. copy it, but make enough changes so that there are more layouts to be created in the long run....

Yes I would think at least 10 different layouts would be good.

RULE CLARIFICATION
I walked around the pits at Aliso this past Saturday and noticed some cars with more than 2 cooling fans on their TCS cars. I wanted to make sure everyone was clear on the fan rules for TCS. There is a maximum allowed of TWO fans per car during race weekend. If your esc has a fan equipped, that does count as one fan for your car. If you have 3 fans when you go through tech, you will be asked to go back to the pits and remove it. We will not hold the race for you so make sure you only have two fans on your car.

*starts to remove his 6 fans....

it'd be interesting how many get DQ'ed for this rule..

21. Enlarging or creating extra vent holes in wheels is not permitted.

Your lucky Hebiki, you only have 6 fans to remove ! BTW, I could have sold you glued B's for only $ 34.99.
