I'm sure it's gonna be foam.

The Tamiya America web only has HBR foam tires listed as active parts. Read into it what you like.

My preference would be to use the TAMIYA rubber F-1 tires, but they are no longer available.

Could they be brought out of retirement?

Hes here all week folks try the veal
I would rather run rubber as well, but I will put my money on foam
I am just wondering when they are going to have parts in stock. For all the experts that brag about how they have a stock of parts and are so prepared , notice that I am asking in October, so that would leave 4-5 months before the first round of the 09 season. Specifically I am looking for the bodies, and some of the hopups

You guys might want to be careful about what you ask for regarding rubber tires. The new formulations we have had to deal with in Mini (as well as some others like Spec) just plain s*ck. At least with foams and tire sauce you start out with reasonable traction...

I would like to run the F1 class and I have an F103gt chassis, Is there any word on the rules as far as the chassis you will be allowed to run?

I would suspect you will need an F-1 chassis, which is required to mount the front wings. Very different details on the front of the chassis to mount required stuff.

Little birdy told me today that the Trackside TCS Regional will be March 27, 28, and 29. Also F1 will be foam.

A little later next year. So what does that say for the weather? More snow or EVEN MORE snow? Below zero or WELL below zero?
