Default TCS @ Laurel, Md 7/25/04

Hey Todd,
Contact Casey Young and Mike Brey and lets get them to set up the track on Sat. the 24th by noon so we can get some practice in before the TCS race?? The more contacts the better the chance they will do it! I have been told that more out of state racers would race the TCS @ Laurel if they could get some track time in before the race?

Stop spinning your wheels in the TLO1 SPEC Class and get in with the "BAD BOYS OF F1" where the big $$$ are put the hammer down!!!

Hi Steve

Glad you made it online again. Great run for TQ, I put everything I had into driving the wheels off of my car, and in the end, you pulled it off. Great job.

Default b3's

Nothing yet. I am currently practicing with my pan car for the ROAR nats in PDX. I might try a set if my sedan shows up this week though.

Coop-
Lee Passehl (sorry if I mis-spelled that, Lee) from Milwaukee won both GT1 and GT2. Eric (don't recall last name) was TQ in GT1 and finished second, Jason Lutz grabbed third on an awesome last-corner pass over Mike Lack. Mike Lack came in second in GT2- might have been the very best race of the weekend with him and Lee going at it hammer and tongs for the full five minutes. Amazing. I won GT3, with Mike Masters second and James Fly third. Mike Masters won Mini, I was 2nd and Bill Doty was third. RJ won F1 (very light turnout there) and Mark from Alabama won TL01. Huge out of state turnout, very very hot and humid. They put on an excellent race!
