I guess all that time and $$$ paid off to get the 17,500 rpm except I was disqualified for that run? Oh well just like F1 the engineers will get more out of what ever set of rules are set forth???

See you guys in Memphis!!!

hey now... lol!

i am only running the one class with the silvercan motors... i think have decided to do Mini, Vintage (black can), and either GT1 or 2.

i may switch the black one out for a silver, if i have another with any oomph. i havent even spun them yet to see...

I'm not running GT3 this year, but I do like the Mountain Motor TCS Regionals! Not such a big fan of the limitations imposed at Aliso...

The Aliso Silver can motor rules were good to see. Even at 15,000 limit, the fastest cars in a straight line were not the fastest cars over a complete lap. However, with no motor checking at Seattle, horsepower over car set-up and driving took over again. With the Aliso motor limit, creativity was still allowed but not to the over zealou$ point.

All kidding aside, The Red Dot are great Silver Can Motors and looking forward to the Brushless Horsepower of GT2 and Some close racing in GT3. I hope we don't have any weepers this year in the corners?? It was quite a challenge changing your line and apex in the middle of the corner? last year. Looks like great weather for this weekend in Memphis?

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on that one...

I agree that we can agree to disagree. That's whats great about living in this country. Are you making the trek to Union City this year ? Oh yeah, how many days until Memphis ?

As for weepers in the turns at Memphis, sounds like the fun we had when a local club race was run at a Toyota delearship a few years back. Racing was great until it got late and the sprinklers set on timers went off. Sedans had issues but the F201's with the grovved tires were awesome to watch with the rooster tails coming off the rear tires. Hope you guys get great weather for your Memphis race.

Sadly, no. But I've got a great reason: my daughter is graduating from Stanford grad school the following weekend. I don't have enough vacation time built up to stay out there for ten days and can't quite bring myself to fly from VA to SFO two weekends in a row.

THREE DAYS !!! THREE DAYS!!! THREE DAYS !!! THREE DAYS !!! THREE DAYS!!! THREE DAYS !!! THREE DAYS !!! THREE DAYS!!! THREE DAYS !!! THREE DAYS !!! THREE DAYS!!! THREE DAYS !!!

I guess Yosemite with the family and daughters graduation from college are good reasons to miss Seattle and Union City. We will see you at the Nats, where that ends up to be. Have fun in Memphis !

Default TIRES TIRES TIRES

Hobbytown Memphis will have Tamiya tires Friday for the Tamiya race. Type A 60Ds and various sedan tires as well. A "large" supply is what I am told. The shops number is 901 213 2682
