I'll check for you on Monday. I'm pooped after the RCX show in Pomona.

As for the motor fans, last I recall they are legal. At least I've been passing them in tech so they are legal as far as I'm concerned.

EDIT: 53 entries in MINI.

At one of the races (maybe the nats?) the cold spray was outlawed. . .

I think that issue with the cold spray was because they were doing it to the cars while they were gridded and holding up the start of the runs.

Yeah, that was my recollection as well. But it was more of a "you can't touch the cars once they've been through tech" rule. Same went for comm drops on the grid. Any cars that had comm drops or freeze spray applied on the grid were supposed to go back through tech (not that it happened though).

Bill, as usual your memory is perfect. Fans are legal. Cold spray & comm drops are also legal but not if applied after tech inspection.

Since escrow takes about 90 days, if there is no buyer by mid June, then they should be able to run the Nats at Tamiya for sure in September !

So how many "last TCS race at Aliso" races are you going to have?

I see a pattern here. Think it's some really good marketing ploy to get more people out to Aliso and buy boxes full of Tamiya tires?

That would be a relatively safe bet.

Sorry for the late responses, I've been out of town the whole week. I'll respond to TCS emails tomorrow (Friday)

I dont know Bill, that is an awfully expensive marketing campaign. I thought I had run my last race at Aliso. Maybe by the time I am able to return the building will be gone
I dont know why I am so sentimental about the place, it has never been kind to me, or more accurately I have never been able to get a handle on it
