I like outdoor asphalt, breaks up the carpet season, something different.
If we had indoor asphalt, would like that too. . .

There were 95 - 100 entries this weekend at SIR. Sure was alot of fun. Anyone who couldn't be there missed out on a great time.

We didn't get any answers on where the nats will be held, just the same ideas!

entries, results, and pictures will be posted tomorrow 4/1 Tuesday once I get back into work.

finals location still undetermined.

thanks to the SIR crew and Doug for hosting a great event and the hospitality. I think I may have gained a few pounds over the weekend.

Any dates for the finals yet? The IIC race has been moved up this year to Aug.25-31 (the same weekend that the finals typically falls on). If the finals dates have not been picked yet maybe they could be chosen so that they don't conflict?

At SIR? Not that I saw or heard of. I'm pretty sure everyone was on the up and up and not challenging the battery rules.

Ideally the finals location would be in Southern California. That is not to say that we wouldn't or aren't considering other possible locations. The Tamiya track is still ours as of now.

I just posted the results up, currently uploading the pictures.

Oh, as for the lipo tech... everything went well. Only two people didn't pass the voltage test, both were using Core Creations and the same charger (forgot what brand). They came in at 8.48v each time.
