If they run the Type RR (what they ran last year), I have one I can loan you.

Fred's commentary has greatly improved over the years and is NOW TOP NOTCH! Good job Fred. I do miss the "Luck of the Irish" comments.

But, I think all in addendance will agree he "Got it all WRONG" with his rendition of Strangers in the night"!! lol, the dogs were howl'n along though.

It was very nice to see all my TCS friends and aquaintances once more again before the big swan song coming in August. Times are bitter sweet.

See Y'all again in August with my game face on..... ok, stop laughing now.

BTW, congrats Tommy! You deffinatly earned it.

ps, good thing Doc is 1/2 deaf.......

Better half deaf than half dead.

Had a super time this weekend, after practice on Friday, I thought I would be lucky to even make The Show in Mini with all of the talent in attendance. Qualifying 4th was...a pleasant surprise. Would prefer that I had not rolled it while leading in A2 and again while in 2nd in A3, but them's the breaks. So much fun to race with Mitch for all of those laps.

Super great to see all of my Tamiya buddies the past couple of days. Like Marty, am looking forward to the Nats, but am sad to see this era closing.

Oh yes...FRED, YOU ROCK!!! Just don't give up your day job for a gig as a lounge singer.

Quote of the weekend: "If you see a car painted like Captain Nemo, that's your leader."

Wow that was a fun event, although pretty tiring at the same time.

Hope everyone had a blast, all the usuals won the raffle prizes.

Were there many F103GT cars at the last event? How about estimates for this class in Laurel?

At least 13 at the T/A track. There were 3 in the B main and the winner of the B bumped up into the triple A main group.

I had a great time,
although partly because of poor planning and lack of money, I only had one new set of b3's. ran them once 2nd qualifier and it was my only descent run all week end. still had a blast in the main battling for what ever place I ended up.

I was good to see all the familiar tamiya racer's again and meeting new racers.

I'll have plenty of new sets for the finals, so at least I will be able to compete.

Yeah fred is more relaxed at directing races. funny comments are always welcomed.
