I don't think that's much of a problem. All of my fastest motors are two-slot Johnsons....

If anyone know more about "Spec class" please teach me.. I.m not sure the rules..
I have TT01 chassis

Can I run any ESC? or have to be ESC comes with TT01?
For shock spring. Can I use any Tamiya spring ? or only silver one in the kit?

you should be able to use any ESC.

for shock spring - you should use the kit silver spring. The spring rate of that spring is identical to Tamiya White - which is around 15 lb/in. It's close to the pefect spring rating. Going to a different spring won't make anyone in spec any faster. Heck, it probably wouldn't make anyone in GT any slower with that spring. Fred allowed someone racing spec in Fremont to use the yellow springs - but did mention that he should change it out later.
