Hi Fred, any idea if the Fremont track will be set up for practice or club race on Saturday as in the past since the race will be run by a different group this year ?

Thanks for the great news regarding Aliso and the tease listings on the "coming soon" section. Looks like a Summer Christmas for Tamiyaphiles.

Talking "MS" not "R"

Cliff,
The part numbers are different. P/N 49418 is TA05R.
The part number for the MS is P/N 42103.
Fred mentioned it on the Tamiya site under the "coming soon" section!

This is a totally different chassis were talking about!
Right?

Word has it that this is a full race chassis. That it is a composite chassis with aluminum bulkheads and it's similar to the 30th Anniversary Porsche kit!
Nothing is difinitive but I don't think it's another hopped up tub chassis!
Again this is just my 2$
For what it's worth

Well I know there was a double deck chassis TA05 at Tamiya in Japan when we were there.

The TA05IFS for the EBBR 350R was pretty cool too. I would be tempted just to run that body....

(also on the TA05 thread with the MS)
