RC Car Dr. - Do you still have that 414M2? I bet you sold it.
You'd win that bet. Sold it set up with all new SSG graphite last Fall to a guy up in Canada. I learned my lesson...MINI ALL THE WAY, BABY!!!!

Does anyone think it would be cool to see Nats have different bodies for each GT class? Say 4-door bodies for GT3(basically DTM), GT2 sports car bodies not the Ferraris or NSXs, and GT1 anything beside the Legacy.

this is already the rule. GT2 is everything BUT nsx, ferrari. GT3 is not a class at Nats. and GT1 is everything BUT legacy.

Default TCS @ SIR

Hello SIR Gang,
I am flying in on Thurs. Nite 3/15/07, when will the track open for practice on 3/16/07? Bruce and I are staying with our Brother Mike who lives in Sammish. There will be a club race on Friday nite and the BBQ and Suds? I helped sponsor the Suds but could not stay. I'll be there this year, looking forward to GT2 and F103GT, the new track layout looks grippy and fast has the tire wear increased with the new layout?? Has there been a decision on 3 or 4 Qualifiers and Triple A mains??? I sure would like to see as much racing on the surface as possible!!

Hey Steve, here is what I know 3 or quals on Saturday, a last Qual on Sun, with Triple A's and double B's
Friday there will be a Clubrace @ 7:00pm
Saturday should be something afterwards, similar to last year.
Tire wear is about the same, from what I hear. I haven't had a car on the track since November.
Track should be open early on Friday. I'm trying to get the day of to allow all the out-of towners track time
Will you let DOC know I sent him a PM

Thanks, Troy.

Troy,
Thx, for the update, I will Doc know about the message. The race should be exciting and the competition will be tight and fast. We had a great time last year! The F103GT's will be exciting to drive and watch on the track. The Courage Body looks cool, I hear that Tamiya is working on some new Le Mans type bodies Audi T10, Peugoet, Lola MG ?????
