You could not see the minature little Porsche badge on the nose ?

Sticker set was from the TA03R-S Mobil 1 Porsche 911 GT-1. I know someone who will be doing a BMW version very soon.

I figured that out. All I need is a sticker set from a HPI BMW V12R and I'll have me a BMW Courage.

Come on, how difficult can it be to paint a white car with "DELL" on the side. However, you did just give me some ideas. I can't wait to see who takes up the challenge to paint the alligator Audi R8 that ran the Australian race a few years back.

I saw somebody a while back who did an 1/8 scale onroad body like this. Looked killer.

At Trackside Tuesday night I saw a Courage with the old lotus 103B decals. Looked great the way Phil places them on the car. The old TA03RS Porshe decals look cool too. I recognized them instantly. Been doing way too long like most of you's guys!

Built the 103GT today. (thanks Santa) Plan on taking it to the track on Thursday for the big shake down. There were 5 F103gt's tonight for the race program. Scotty had the WHOLE pits out and on their feet watching the main as two guys were changing the #1 spot up to 5 times a lap. VERY COOL. btw, they were running foam tires. There had to be 15 lead changes during the race. IT WAS AWESUM! The F103GT IS FOR REAL!! (I know alot of you all knew that allready, but it was way cool to watch)

The F103gt sounds grreat with foams. It sounds very much like the old 10L's with foams. I am guessing Tamiya will require rubber tires, which I guess will make it a different animal.

It was two days after Christmas and not a rule was stiring through the TCS, unless you're in Canada.

The realistic paint / sticker schemes do really add to these cars. Seen so far at Tamiya:

Red Bull (from Audi TT DTM)
Audi R8R (red and yellow trim versions)
Toyota TS-020
Calsonic
Ferrari F1
Renault F1
Advan Mugen prepainted body

To be debuted (as of press time) :
Mobil 1 Porsche 911 GT-1
7-Up Jordan F1

I also ran the Mercedes CLK-GTR Le Mans GT-1 body from the TA03R kit on it's maiden voyage and it looked great on the track with silver BBS mesh rims. Lets hope Tamiya Japan gets behind the class because that's who can really make or break a class. Just look at the F201 class here when Tamiya Japan dropped it.

Umm are you checking my Tamiya orders ? I will have out this Saturday the one I listed above using the TA03R-S sticker sheet but I did just order yesterday a set from the F103-LM set you posted. Plan to try that one when I get back from Asia next month. That and I have to figure out a good BMW scheme. Maybe something from the old M1 cup series. The BASF car would be cool.

Nope, should be a sharp looking car once it's done.
