Larry usually the best coverage is after the fact and it is on a site that is rctv.jp or something along those lines. In '02 I could not find anyway to connect when I was over there. I know there is a internet cafe right around the corner that the Aussie's used whilst they were there though.

If Troy calls I'll be glad to post any info and updates for all the TCS fans to follow along.

Troy... we saw a number of Internet Cafe's in the row of stores under the subway. Make sure to explore those... Fred, Ling, Neil and I spent some time posting on RCTECH through those Cafes. Dan is right, that might be the only way you can provide info to us mortals unless you want to spend on phone calls. Remember, Tamiya does not cover phone calls and pay per view adult movies... I learned that a bit too late and definitely dug a hole in my wallet!

Good luck to all of those going to Japan next week. It's going to be a once and a life time experience! Remember to leave everything you've got out there on the track and pull out all the stops, but enjoy as much as you can of the extracaricular activities.

I'm going to google earth a "funzone" for you guys and post a pic hehe.

Edit: Okay, here's a pic of an area we cruised around. It was fun. I'm certain there are all kinds of cool places to explore. Another night we went the the opposite direction....come to think of it, I think we went everywhere?

I won't be going, but I know a lot of Japanese friends that will. Have fun! Just to whet your appetite, heres a video I finished today, from last weeks endurance qualifier at the Tamiya circuit in Shizuoka (you can even see the Tamiya factory in the background!). On you tube or you can check my website as in my sig. Pictures are there too.

If you look at last years rules they came out 11-29-05, which is normal timing. Usually between postings and talk from Tamiya they promise something earlier but never do. My new TCS purchases have come to a halt until I see what the new rules are.

Good Luck to Troy in J-Land. I hope your drawing does not scare them too bad....

Good Luck Troy, Mark & Keith.

Maybe you guys can do a write-up and post it on the web for us armchair TCS World Racers. . . I really enjoyed reading Lings adventure a few years back.

Also with David Jun in your pitz, I think anything is possible for you guys. . .!
