Bad News and Good News.

Bad News, because of the missing parts that I lost during the rebuilding process of my car, I don't have any extra money to buy TCS legal body (I accidentally gave away a TCS legal body when I sold my TB EVO I) therefore, if I ever go to Fremont, it'll be only for the saturday race not the sunday race or I might not even come at all (if my body deemed "illegal").

Good News is: I found all the parts that I thought were "lost" I wasted my money for nothing. I could've spent the money on batteries instead of these junks

It's okay though...no more touring after this year. I might even retire for good.

rccardr & silvershelby,
I think I will have a hard time not watching your races with a field that stacked! ! !

faboulousRC
I am sure there are guys going to that race that might have an old body to let you borrow or give to you come Sunday. I know if it were a race I was going to, I would give you an old body but usable body.

The only logical body that I have but no one seemed to mentioned it to be illegal is the Mercedes E-Class for TG10-Mk.1 Long Suspension kit and it happened to be exactly 190mm (surprisingly) but then IF the body considered to be a "loophole" then it's an illegal body, right? Otherwise, it'll be perfect for concourse too because I actually have a set of the old C-class DTM black AMG wheels to go with the body Come to think of it, since I forgot to send it with the body, I still have the CLK-DTM stickers on hand so I can have an authentic mercedes benz grill to boot I just have to remind myself to buy another spare to replace it hehe

On other obsticles: batteries. I only have naked GP3300s with no labels or anything for it. I just don't plan to spend any more money on the car period.

Casey-
Several well connected people in the know have quoted Fred as saying that Mini will be the third class to go to the Worlds this year in Japan. Yet one more reason you should do the Nats.

Mike-
I get in on Thursday night- I think that's the 17th. Katzer is iffy- he may come, he may not. I suspect a lot depends on how his marital situation is going.

Later

I can see it now.....The MINI class will be bigger than GT1 and GT2 combined!

I've already started my stockpile of sedan tires, so I better stick with the big cars this year. This may be my last chance to play for a while with my daughter starting school.

Gonna be a blast either way!

Mike,

Looks like my good luck charm that I brought to Memphis is coming with me this year. I guess that explains my dismal performances in the past years, I hope, I hope, I hope...

Yeah dinnner is definately a must! Do you think I should order the fish. . .

Were looking at a very early arrival. I just hope I can snap outta vacation mode for speedweek!
