You knew that the whole staging area thing would get you sooner or later. So is 103GT going to become a regular staple at TCS events? If so maybe I will shelve the 201 and run 103GT. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris: That's my fault, I admit it.....I was gonna run GT3 in Ohio, but when I found out the "Real Motorcity Madman" was running in that class, I was frightened and I switched to GT2 so he couldn't embarass me.....Then I shoveled a little grief his way because of my deeply rooted, innate feelings of inferiority.

ART!!! whats up homie! yah..i remember now... when my TB-02 was grinding coffee beans because the mesh was too tight up front. socal boys will definitely be back for fremont. ill have a quieter car this time around (TA05)

tell hicks to laydown 20 2-liter bottles of soda.. instead of the 10 we used last year that way our shoes will come off completely when we walk on the track.

He is getting this stuff....WOW..... He bypasses the 2 liter action and just lays down the soda syrup. Make sure your laces are tight on your sneakers or else!

I'm an F1 junkie first and foremost, and I have run GT1 at the nats a couple of times, as well as at most of the regionals. This year because of the lack of space between the first 2 regionals i decided I would run GT1 at WOH and GT3 at Scottys, soI could have 2 different cars prepared and not scramble to rebuild cars in the 3 actual days that I had inbetween races. I made the mistake of posting this info on this thread , and got a truckload of ribbing ( although good natured) to the tune of my manhood being in question. When I saw Bruce had not only raced GT3 but won the class, I felt a payback was in order. I actually liked running GT3 better, I didnt really have to mess with the car and drove to 3rd at Scottys, I probably would have had second , but I got punted in the first of the triple A's. All in all I was happy to be on the podium

On another thread they were equating GT3 to a boys class compared to GT1.
At least GT3 is not a girls class. . .
Are you and your manhood going to TA this year?

Not this year, we have a future TCS racer on the way and it is due around the middle of September, so not this year. I may be out of it for a while, we will have to wait and see.

Hey congrats on the new coming arrival. You are earning a ton of points with your better half staying home. Well at least you can try to hit some of the other weekend summer races before your child storm hits. I don't know what I will do after Memphis? Although I might get the bug again and cross the border.

I'm thinking ahead for Nationals in August, and have the choice of flying into LAX or San Diego. I know that San Diego is about 25 miles farther from Aliso Viejo than LAX, but other than that, any reason why not to use San Diego? Thought it would be a change, and also wanted to go see the USS Midway aircraft carrier docked in San Diego.
