Now your making me think...

My first TCS race I borrowed a car with the D2 AMG Mercedes Benz. Then I won a C class 350z car that I also raced. My first official sedan body was the Loctite Nissan Skyline GT-R N1. Then I switched to the D2 AMG Mercedes Benz, Opel Calibra Cliff, Kure Nismo GT-R, R34, R390, NSX Corvette
and finally the 360.

Other bodied classes I raced the F103 Sauber, M02 VW Bug and F103 Porsche 911 GT1.

Some of the earier bodies I might have liked more if they had real lexan wings instead of the hardened plastic which seemed to break a lot, usually in the 1st roll.

Default GT2

I hope they will only allow bodies that are still currently in production. Although I'm not sure it would make a difference anyway. Anyone have any thoughts?

GT-2 Mike? Your TB-02 looked good with a stock motor in it, so you should go for it.

I'm not sure what's up with TFB in Atlanta. One day they're hosting a TCS (5 year deal?), the next day I hear Fernando moved to Florida to pursue a different opportunity and the guy that took over his shop has been MIA for a week. Was it my imagination or did Fernando jump from TRF to Schumacher? I guess when in Florida........

I'm GT-1 and ???. I've got the M03, the M04, and I'm looking for an F201 now that they're running 19-turn.

I am looking at GT2, GT3 and Rally.
Trackside you can run a third class if it is Rally.

If you are looking for a TB02 there is always the option of converting a EVOIII to TB02. I am sure there are good deals floating around on EVOIIIs.

There has to be a South East race...I mean with all the tracks in Florida how they don't have a TCS race baffles me! Superior Hobbies in Orlando does an HPI race...seems they could just as easily do a TCS one as well..Speedline Hobbies in Largo, Jacksonville and Tallahasse would be other good tracks.

I am not able to make the midwest and Cali races so I'm pretty much pleading for something pseudo nearby. If there is no Georgia race I'm guessing Memphis or Laurel...both of which are going to be HEFTY drives!

Anybody doing Snowbirds this year?

I'm still up in the air, but at this point it looks like GT2 and Mini. Might do GT2 and GT3 instead...still trying to make up my mind.

Been looking at the 415MS Refine 2, also thinking about the (someday it will be released) TA05R/MS/TRF with a graphite tub (you know it's coming) and upper deck (ditto) and using one chassis to run GT1 and GT2. Same battery layout, plus a lathe, couple sets of the same tire types, only one set of spares, two motors...easier packin' for those long plane flights!

Later
