Actually, I was referring to my experience in June. It was a hack fest then, so I can only expect it will be worse at a national event. I hope everyone will leave their non-sportsman attitudes at home too. It would be nice.

I also hope that people return their frequency and drivers stand clips this time. It is quite frustrating when you come a long distance to race and want to make the most of your practice time, but find yourself spending more time walking through the pit area in search of a clip instead of on the drivers stand. Hopefully this can be addressed in a driver meeting each day.

Psycho: Usually Tamiya staff during Nats are more stricter with rules, so hopefully this will lessen the mishaps of boys/girls who still needs some spanking by there Momma's.
As far as hack fest goes. As what I understand it was people from up North who was hacking to the Max back in June (Joke). Kidding aside, I'm sure you don't want to take a ticket to Japan home knowing you won it by tearing up someone off the track right! So just do your part and hope everybody else will do the same...and don't forget to have a hell of a good time.

Sipaboy. TCS is made up of Amateur Drivers like me. No, big names in this Arena. Are there great drivers?....heck yah! But it always is anybody's game. Even favorites usually don't get the win. There is always someone who surprises everyone, finds a better setup and tends to be consistent throughout.

I think it's bad luck to name names on who is going to win, but I'll make predictions as to where:

GT-1: I believe NorCal
GT-2: I believe SoCal
F201: I believe SoCal
Mini: I have no idea...

All for fun guys, just trying to get some friendly rivalry going Look forward to seeing everyone, Good luck to you all, and most importantly...Have a blast!

Steve Wang

p.s. putting on my fire suit now...i think I'm going to get "flamed!"

From what I understand, there will be controlled practice so we don't have to worry about long lines.

Thank goodness I'm not favored to win. I like being an underoodog.

You know your the favorite Rod C. But we just don't want to mention it. We did that last TCS and look what happened .

Might just let you do your thing and hope for the best. I myself sure want for you to win already to get you out of Tamiya.(joke!)
