Yes, it is blue carpet, it is low pile and a rough texture. The grip is not that good and you will need a low traction setup. The barriers seemed like wood/painted or something very heavy/hard. The carpet and barriers are more for aesthetics. It looks great in person, but not ideal for normal US-style racing.

Not officially listed, but I'm almost 99% sure it will be Mini, GT2, and GT Pro spec. I did bug Fred in Japan to try to add a 4th Japan trip class....heheheheee

Anybody have an idea of mini tires for the events. Rides are hard to come by and I've tried the radials and there not that great hard and soft. Radial soft on asphalt has an extreme amount of tire wear and hards push like a dump truck. Md carpet race idk about but if they can't get rides what are they going ro use. The md guys are a hard-core group and nothing has been said yet

pardon my ignorance if this has been covered already, forum search didn't yield helpful results. are there any bumper mounted body mount options are acceptable for Pro-spec? If so which part numbers/descriptions are they?

I asked about this locally and they told me they didn't think that would be allowed. I'm interested in what others have found and if there is a definite answer.

I read the TCS rules 3 times and it seems if it isn't listed it's not allowed. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
