Tamiya Championship Series

Hopefully they put up rules and any changes so I can start getting stuff and getting cars ready

Brad is right rules will be the same from last year.

Of course the rules won't change

Any word on tires for GT2

For the past year, I have become frustrated and fed up with parts availability for my Tamiya cars.
Im well aware the pandemic has created supply chain issues and demand for this hobby has increased due to people being at home. This is not what I’m talking about. The parts I need are available on TamiyaUSA’s site
The best online shop for Tamiya parts was TQRC, hands down. If it was out of stock, he would have it in stock within a week. When the track closed, he was required to buy from a distributor, who can’t seem to meet TQRCs demand. I’m sure he is as frustrated as I am because he is losing money.
Tower’s new site doesn’t have a proper spare parts list for Tamiya cars. Amain of recent has started to list some Tamiya parts.
When I google search for a part, the results are TQRC, TamiyaUSA, RCMart, RCJazz. The latter 2 will cost $12-20 in shipping, plus 3 weeks of waiting. TQ can’t get stock.
So In the past 12 months, I have had to resort to ordering direct from TamiyaUSA.. which doesn’t help the likes of TQRC or other online stores.
For years the Tamiya haters would spread the rumours of lack of parts support. Honestly, right now, I’m in agreement.
So FMW , if your reading this, please fix this!
Last, If there is a site you recommend for Tamiya parts, please do share

I share your frustration, and I’m trying to build enough stock to support the Tamiya community. I started out F1 focused but have expanded to the GT, Eurotruck and now working on building up a selection of M-chassis parts. We have TC01 in stock along with most of hopups with more on the way as well as bodysets for the Formula E and Gazoo for GTE
I am working on getting everything up on the store, it’s almost a full time job by itself. If there is something you need and don’t see it, hit me up at : [email protected] I am based in Detroit and can get product out within a couple of days

Hello

i think i just saw a ghost

Any word on a schedule yet? Last I heard was that Tamiya was still reaching out to tracks

From what I've heard with our local club, they've heard from Tamiya on scheduling, and it's now a matter of Tamiya confirming dates and logistics.
Should be very soon.

Sorry to interrupt the TCS thread, but you are where the Tamiya experts reside.
Any ideas which chassis this is?
Thanks.
