Who is Fred ?
I'd like to do this to my M08 for the March TCS race in Michigan.
The way I read the rules it sounds as if it's OK (?)

Yeah, he said it can be mounted on the chassis if that’s where the manual says...so basically anywhere on the lower deck. But it’s not ok to stick it on other areas (motor,top of steering, bumper etc.)

Would I be able to use the FF04 EVO? I don't see anything for the ff cars to be used. Unless they fall under the variant of the XV-01.
