Thanks.
Thank you Sean for putting on another fun TCS carpet race and to Ralph for his assistance behind the counter and the mic. Cudos to Tiko and Steve for their smooth and efficient tech work. A big shot out to Fred Medel for coming by after just returning from Japan (that morning) to inject your usual humor and spirit into the race action calling the mains. And a big thanks to the many friends and competitors that make TCS a fun family. Best memory of the race weekend was helping Jeff's daughter Heidi with her Novice Spec car running my BRZ practice body and after she took second, her big smile and "Thanks Panda". Just barely holding off my long time friend and TCS past Champion Joel (Solomon) for the GT-1 win was a close second.

Was a great weekend indeed!! Congrats on the GT1 win Panda! You had a rocket on invisible rails!

Thanks to the TQRC crew, Tamiya crew, and the tech guys for a seamless event. Some great racing that day to be seen in the videos!

Thanks greenpea. Need to tell me later what the significance of the 76 is. Seen it a few times with you now.

Must have been the new "Rocket Ron" Schuur Speed 13.5 motor I bolted in. Definitely turned my cruiser into a rocket ship.

Planning ahead for TCS Nationals in August, and wondering if:

1) Will FWD again be an exhibition class (YES PLEASE!)
2) For GT Pro Spec class, which the rules indicate will be run this year as a nationals non-trip winning class, will it run the Reedy 21.5 motor that has been required at all regionals, or will it be back to the 16T Tamiya motor?

1. We are currently looking into it.

2. The GT Pro Spec will run the same rules, including the motor rules, for the TCS Finals.

Three quick responses hoping for the FWD class again at nationals as well - sounds like something that should be run again! If run, you'll have two FWD cars from this family.
