So I take it that those are male connectors coming off the motor ?

I got some from a friend who bought them from Tamiya site...

Motor has male connectors so ESC needs female connectors.

It says they close at 5pm.
I'm more interested in the control practice schedule for Thursday and Friday

TCS Finals Racers,

Due to entry conditions we have slightly modified the Main Event format. I have posted it here and it's also on the updated Driver's Manual on the TCS Rules website.

Main Events
The following “Japan Trip” classes race 8 minute Triple “A” mains:
GT-1
GT-2
M-Chassis
F1

Triple “A” main event definition: 3 races that are run to determine the overall class winner.
All Triple “A” Mains are 8 minutes long. (Subject to change depending on class entry conditions)

The following “Championship” classes race 8 minute “A” main events:
GT-3
FWD
GT-Pro Spec M3 Cup
GT Spec Novice

B and lower Main Events
“B” and lower mains for the “Japan Trip” classes race 6 minute main events. There are no bump ups for the “Japan Trip” classes.

“B” and lower mains for GT-Spec, GT-3, FWD and BMW M3 Cup classes race for 6 minutes with bump-ups! If you win your lower main you advance to the next higher main!

Dear TCS Finals Participant,

We have a few details to share with you today.

1. If you are planning to practice on Thursday and Friday we have a controlled practice schedule posted. It’s also attached for your reference.
2. The practice file also shows the controlled practice times for Saturday and Sunday.
3. We have also posted an EVENT SCHEDULE so your friends and family will roughly know when they might want to stop by and check out the action.

Sincerely,

The TCS Staff
