M05v.2 will accommodate SQUARE battery packs. The "shorty" packs will fit, and will be allowed in the class for TCS.

Eric, you have a PM

On the remotest possibility that anyone might wonder why a Mini racer would use F1 tire tape, you use it to glue the sponge rubber ring to the Tx wheel.

I'm still trying to figure out how the reported droop screws work - does it actually have droop screws - where could they contact the chassis? Any pics to solve that mystery?

Yes. The chassis is redesigned and a droop screw stopper is molded into the front of the chassis, and the rear section is redesigned also to act as a droop screw stopper.

Also, adjustment is "upside down" or backwards, as compared to a sedan. You adjust from under the arm, where the stopper is above the arms.

Whoa there buddy! Now now... How dare you make me a lesser to a toy car; shame on you.

Car is about done. I did not have any intentions on making it to TQ this weekend. Potentially I may swing by our Track in Aliso, but I'm sure most will be in Chino practicing...

Big Thanks to Fred and Tamiya for having such a great Series. To Tiko and Steve for your mad tech skills. To Sean for having an awesome indoor carpet track that we are happily spoiled to have and get to run at and finally to all the racers for making it another TCS race to remember. Special call out to Tom Kahl for his help this weekend and his usual insane humor. Thank you.
