Mike,
Brother Bruce and I are coming to AL to run F1.
What tire sauce do you guys run in F1 Rubber?
Looks like a real neat track from the pictures?
Can you post any more pics of the track?
I was planning on practice on Friday and Saturday is that possible?

(ROLL TIDE)

Thx,
Steve

For the M-Chassis class, you can assemble your own tires but the options are limited to 60D S-Grip Radials or 60D Type A slicks. Any Tamiya M-Chassis wheel is permitted and any tire insert including aftermarket as long as it does not alter the tire shape (does not exceed 60mm diameter).

David J, is the old LWB BMW Mini Cooper body still legal? The Tamiya website shows it as being discontinued, but Tamiya still is selling the body. The part # is1825247.

Just wondering cause I may have to start painting a new body.

Yeah, I read the rules, but when you say a current Mini body, does that mean currently available or currently in production???

I was under the impression that it would be open tire/wheel for carpet tracks, but when I checked the tamiya site for GT2 it states "Note: (Carpet track regional races are "open" Tamiya tires and wheels)"
So any tamiya tires and wheels. Not so open imo! Can anyone confirm this? Thx!

If it is not a tub chassis then it would have to be gt1 only.
