Thank you to TQ RC Raceway for hosting a great TCS event. Running on carpet on the west coast is a nice treat for everyone.
Sean Park has a great facility and program! I also want to thank Johnny Hernandez for being so great on the announcing!

For those who couldn't make it out we hope to see you next year

Default 5/20 Tamiya Championship Series #173

A few Interesting stats from TCS at TQ

As all Heats were 5mins, with 6min Mains, this was quite good for comparison in pace of all classes of car

Top Qualifiers
F1 26L 5:06.7
GT1 26L 5:10.4
GT2 25L 5:07.7
GT12 25L 5:08.2

A Mains
F1 31L 6:05.1
GT12 30L 6:06.3
GT2 30L 6:06.5
GT1 30L 6:08.1

GT12 fared much better here than at the massive Tamiya America Circuit, with 7 entries, this class is building, more and more folks wanting to get in on the low cost fun, simple class

F1 had the most entries, and a deep field into the C-Main
Seems there is still some life left in the 200mm foam, 21.5 blinky class

Aww, c'mon, let us poor Canucks shop on Tamiyausa! Tamiya Canada doesn't even do online sales. Those prices are amazing!

Why can't you. Your dollar is worth more right now. Charge it and let the credit card company do the math for you. You will still make out even with shipping.
