Wow I can't believe that finish in A2. For my 2 pennies I could care less what's on the line, if I can't make the pass clean I would hope that I would have the class to stay off the trigger until the other car was going again. If that means the race, so be it. Easy for me to say though, I suck and on a good day would be fighting for the Cmain win.

Monday may have been Labor Day, but it was Mini Day at the track. Lots of guys were putting their version of the Devin White build of Swifty's winning car. Consensus seemed to be that it was great, but not as quick as Devin's.

Hello!!! Excuse me, but you're ignoring the 800 lb gorilla in the room. Swifty is a very underrated driver and doesn't get the credit he deserves sometimes. Let's face it folks, he won last year with a M05 that I thought wasn't very good and just beat the "crap" out of the rest of us with a good car.

Look, I'm not looking to start an argument here, but at Aliso Viejo, the M03 is better than the M05. Brandon finally admitted it. I've known it for a long time.

+1. Brandon's got the talent, and may be our best bet in many years to take the WC in Japan in November.

You told me the 03 was better than the 05 at Aliso and I didn't believe you. My mistake. My 03 was five seconds faster than my 05 and got faster all weekend.

No way the 03 is better than the 05. I admitt that years of experience will make tuning the 03 easier and make it easier to get speed out of. With it's lower center of gravity and more precise steering though the 05 will be faster. It's just up to us to figure it out. On that note the wife just green lighted me and I'll be trying to prove this at my first TCS Nats next year. Yessssssssss!!!!!!!!!!

Oh no he just didn't!

Well at least he won't have to run against The Kid Monaghan or Swifty.

Talking THe mini giant!

Michael Monahans set-up is a real good start with an M-03 and then adjust from there. I'm sure Devon White will give some good tips on the motors he'll run and Brandon just drive the way you always does ,aggressively and then his height alone will probably intimidate the Janpanese!
Get the gold for the old U.S.A. Or should I say Tamiyausa!
