What a pain, got him the TT01R, and the motor and tires/rims that's included aren't legal for TCS novice class. Go figure.
What motor was in the kit. For the spec class the Mabuchi and Johnson motors are legal.

Since there are several non-timing adjustable, no computer software upgradable ESC on the market..........do you guys think a sealed end bell brushless motor (there is NO WAY ppl can open it up to tweak or service) will take care part of the SPEC RACING problem...?

Just wondering....

Also...what would that be...21.5? 22.5? 23.5, 24.5 or 25.5?

perfect, icon suits your demeanor here.
IZZY, just who are you referring to when you keep bringing up the sponsorship rules?
You keep posting as though your gonna tell on someone, or that someone has been stealing your party hat.
Who has spoiled your fun?

*Serious Patrol* I just keep on posting because you keep on asking regarding the fact of... I'm not pointing on anyone, it is not my position to do so but I have the right to re-post the rules in hopes people who are sponsored will police themselves and respect us the "Amateurs". Like I said why would you consider yourself as sponsored, are you? if not, then check the box and race. I've been racing too long to know the rules will never be 100% enforced but I'll do what I can to help the drivers specially the new ones who spend there hard earned money, with coupons or not, and not get over-shadowed by the "Sponsored" drivers.

I don't know why you feel I'm rocking anyones boat but I tell you what, there are more people who share the same feelings I have and are just not as vocal as I am.

Believe me when I tell you, if there is someone who I believe is sponsored base on what others tell me and what I see in articles published, I will voice it out but ultimately it is still the high above at Tamiya's who makes that decision who's in or out, and I respect that.

HOLY CRAP SHUT UP ALREADY about the damn sponsored driver SH%T. If somebody is sponsored I am sure there will be one or two of us at the track that would bring it up. BTW you gotta win anyways for it to be an issue. Why so much complaining this year already. Its like the show Dallas drama drama drama then at the end someone offs JR. Ok so its not like Dallas for the exception of all the Drama. Unless I can pay someone to OFF the cars of the following drivers - kevin nino, the san diego crew, richter, and anyone else who might be competitive this year J/K I dont want to hear anymore about this sponsored crap from here on out unless someone actually is and competes in one of the races. Now lets talk about my M06 and how dialed its gonna be BTW anyone have an alpine or s800 or Miata for rent or sell. Please advise........ Tom I am talking to you if you didnt get that.
