Rick, Chavo, ect,

I think we should move up the start time to 9:00 AM as we are expecting 80+ entries at this point. We are also fighting Mother Nature and available daylight(sundown about 7:00PM).
I can be at the track as early as needed and have the track blown and sprayed by 7:00AM which will leave all competitors 2 hours of track time to get those chassis dialed.
LMK what you guys think.

That sounds like a good plan Jamie. With limited sunlight being a factor, we should try to start as soon as possible. Having to do 3 qualifiers plus the mains is a lot of racing to get done in one day, especially b4 sundown.

I like the idea of starting earlier. With the extra class running it gives us enough time to get everything done in a timely fashion, and the out of towners can leave NY at a decent hour.

I like that idea. We just gotta make sure that is cool with the out of towners. Might be tough for them to get here that early. I definately wanna get down early so I can get a setup for driving on that sticky icky that C Whit is bringing!!!!

I think if the majority of Racers don't know of the time change, I say we start at 10am and if it takes to long to get the first round out, then we run 2 qualifiers............. But 9am is a great idea because of the sunlight and it would be nice to have a decent Trophy Presentation in the light.

............. And remember Guys and Gals, It's the little things that make the day go along real smooth and pleasant. Don't forget to bring those E-Z Ups, Generators, Chairs, Tables, plenty of drinks, extension cords, parts, tires, ETC. ........ You don't want to be missing anything, even fans and lamps if you have power.

............... It's going to be awesome!!.............. Arrive early and before you unpack, check in!!.............. Get it out of the way.

For those leaving tomorrow, travel safe and the rest of you, I will see you all early in the AM!!

True. 3rd qualifier is the main with a bump up if needed.

Everyone that I have talked to seems to like the 9 am start idea. Lets get the word out there and make it happen. This way we can have some long challening mains.
